My wife and I, along with some friends, dined at Eastern Eye today and, once again, the food was absolutely amazing. Without a doubt, this is the top Indian restaurant in the Brighton area. Despite its location not being in the most glamorous part of Brighton and its unassuming exterior, I can assure you that if you appreciate authentic Indian cuisine, it is well worth the visit. The service was friendly and the experience was worth every cent.
Friendly and good service. Absolutely superb food. Masala dosa was beautiful and appropriately spicy. My lamb curry was heavenly. Brilliant restaurant
Eastern Eye is definitely one of my top dining spots. The food is incredible- packed with fresh ingredients and without any trace of MSG. Always delicious. The chef deserves high praise. The staff are extremely friendly and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Prices are very fair. I've heard a rumor that they might be closing because of the expensive new lease. However, myself and many others hope they relocate so we can keep enjoying their fantastic cuisine in Brighton and Hove.
Went here with my wife for dinner on Sunday evening. Both the starter and main courses were delicious and serve hot and all together. We are vegetarian and you have a great choice of dishes. Do yourself a favour and visit this wonderful Indian restaurant.
