I recommend coming to this restaurant for the pub quiz rather than the food. I used to love the BBQ chicken burger that I always had before the Tuesday night pub quiz, but unfortunately...
Fiddlers Elbow is the top Irish pub in Brighton hands down! Despite being small and cozy, it still manages to fit in live music, often with an Irish theme that never feels cheesy.
We found this gem by pure accident, we received a very warm welcome by the staff and local customers alike. The musician playing on Christmas eve was fantastic and the pie (Hogmanay) was simply amazing!Cannot recommend this place enough if you like a real traditional pub with real people and food.
We landed in Brighton for a birthday weekend… plan was to wander and find somewhere to accommodate of us. First pub we landed in was the Fiddlers and the staff made us not want to leave and we didn’t for days. Liam and Ava made us feel like we had been drinking in the pub for years. Sam and Abbey looked after us as well the next day and they all really could not do enough for us. To top it all off Liam put a picture of the birthday girl up behind the bar and told us it was there to stay now. So we made our mark on The fiddlers but they really made our weekend! Thank you lads we’ll be back at some stage. Lots of love from the loud lot at the back with the rounds of Jägers xx
