Mcdonald's Restaurants

Waiting for our food took ages, with delivery drivers being served first, followed by drive-through customers and click-and-collect orders, leaving those dining in the restaurant to wait the longest. It was very frustrating.

The restaurant was an improvement from Burgess Hill, as the food was served quickly and was warm. The kind worker who served us also cleared our table. However, there was an abundance of rubbish strewn everywhere, including a spilled ketchup pot on the window and a table that appeared to have been smeared with ketchup and left that way.

The music and food were both fantastic, but the standout was the exceptional service. Employee named Leon made me feel welcome throughout my entire visit and ensured that everyone received any extra items they desired.

Hard working staff. Spoiled by Just Eat deliveries. 1/2 hour wait isn't fast food.

Fillet o fish for 99p, can't really go wrong and can't really complain. Except I can, cos it took ages, my husbands fillet o fish was cold by the time I got mine. Miserable staff but its was 11pm, I'd be miserable too! Atmosphere was pretty good though, the husband even pulled a guy from the harbour who was waiting for his food. Which made his fillet of fish oh so worth it!
