Food was so so amazing! So good that I never wanted it to end. I was gutted when I felt full because the bangers and mash was unreal so much choice, so much flavour and the customer service was, as always, impeccable :

Really unique menu with mostly just bangers and mash from Monday to Saturday. The selection of bangers, mash, and gravy is extensive though and trying all combinations will take forever. Absolutely delicious!

Yes it is strange times and crazy busy, but we felt hurried, harried and unwelcome. The music was loud and intrusive, also. And the roast: great veg, ok tatties, good meat, poor yorkshires. Puddings v average and NO COFFEE! Try the Sir Charles Napier instead,...just up southover. Always get a table, v good roast, quiet music and friendlier staff by far.
