Delivery just arrived. I can’t believe I’ve been told off by the delivery guy for not picking up their phone call to tell me I needed to be downstairs to wait for them because they aren’t able to park at our block. Rude and ridiculous. On top of that, the food was rubbish. Super fatty ribs; the chicken bits (whatever they were) were stodgy; lamb sheesh? No idea. Never again.
Ordered online, got a confirmation email it had gone through and money came out our bank account. Called an hour later asking where the food was and they said they didn't have the order, hung up on me 3 times and were so unhelpful. I got told to call another number, do not order here!
Appauling attitude on the phone; received food a little late, but frozen desserts left us unable to eat them with one of them wrong, advised to leave it 5 minutes to defrost whilst laughing down the phone. Do not intend to be using this business again. Wouldn't recommend them as there are plenty of other good businesses in Brighton in replacement.
I order from here all the time. The staff are so polite and I am in love with their cookies and it helps a tired support worker out
