Kfc - Brighton

I had a fantastic experience at the drive-thru on Thursday night. Bailey provided excellent customer service like I've never experienced at a fast food restaurant before. She was friendly, cheerful, and efficient in taking and relaying our order. Thank you, Bailey!

As someone who works in the food industry myself, I have to say I am truly impressed by the hard work of the staff at this restaurant. I arrived around 5:30 PM on a busy day, and despite the 10-12 cars in the drive-thru, constant Uber and Menulog orders, and a full restaurant, every employee remained friendly, efficient, and composed. It's clear that these young workers are dedicated and talented in handling the pressure of a busy evening rush.

This KFC is definitely one of the best I've been to. I have visited 8 times and each time the meals were hot and the drinks ice cold. I don't mind driving the extra 14 kilometers to get a delicious meal that includes everything I ordered, wipes, and wooden cutlery - nothing is missing at this KFC.

I have fed this kfc, almost every time when orders are wrong, objects left out

The command was wrong, it only found home. really uncomfortable. How hard is it to read an order from a screen? it has often happened. they pay money for eating that they do not receive.
