They said they were under the same ownership as the other and would quickly make the food for us, and for us not to worry. The woman stated she’d call the other location to let them know of our mistake. It was a TOTAL LIE. They helped us stiff the other restaurant and on top? The food order they did give us was 2/3 wrong. Forget the Medicare quality of the food honesty is everything. This restaurant should be ashamed of themselves. Maybe culturally correct in China but not cool here. F grade.
Went here even after being told how bad this place is. I was up for the challenge and wanted to find out for myself! As soon as I walked in the only other table with guests were sending their food back. Still I would not be influenced and continued to place my order. The server was very friendly and understood my request to not include ANY Bell peppers because of an allergy. First my wonton soup arrived and they must use food coloring to get the wontons that shade of yellow. I ate the soup anyway and it was ok, not great but edible and I needed to warm up. Then my egg roll came. This filled entirely with undercooked and bland cabbage. I have never had an eggroll like this in my life. What a shame. My entrée arrives and I noticed it has fried rice though I did not order it so the server takes it back and replaces the fried rice with white rice as I asked. I’m eating and it’s tasting OK I get to my third bite and I happen to notice on the plate, it has green bell peppers throughout. I called the waitress over and she tells me she completely forgot to put it on the order. She suggests that I just picked them out and continue eating my meal. I tried to explain to her that this is an allergy not a dietary preference. She kept trying to convince me that if I drink water and eat the ice cream that came with it I should be OK, she then insists on getting me a new order without bell peppers and says that I have to pay the bill so I may as well let them try again. Plate number three comes out and I see a bell pepper in there right away. She proceeds to pick out the bell pepper and tells me OK. It’s fine now . I am so ready at this point to just walk the hell out. Then the unhappy owner comes over and tells me she will remake it without bell peppers and with white rice and give it to me to go. Fine just do it so I can get out of here , she brings me the order no discount on the bill which I really wasn’t expecting considering the way they were handling my allergy. Needless to stay this place, though they have a very friendly server. They are not qualified to make a meal with exceptions.
