My kareshi insisted on coming here everytime we were going to school, though. He love their fried sesame balls. What I like about Breadtop is that you can get some japanese pastry relatively cheap like bread with red beans or matcha. I love custard and Breadtop always has some pastry filled with custard and their sponge cake is not bad either. But I found their buns to be on the sweet side, which (in my opinion) didn't go well with saltiness of meat or prawns. luna-bento.blogspot.com
Love the selection of bread here! I love being able to pick out what I feel like. Many times I have come here to pick out some breakfast or lunch for tomorrow to take to work. My mum loves the Japanese cheesecake here and even though it is pricey, it is a gorgeous cake that is not overly sweet and not overly cheesy. I am happy to go out of my way to buy the cake for her every time I visit. The only thing that I don't like here is the customer service. I don't understand why staff need to be rude towards customers for no reason. Its so unfortunate, because otherwise this place would be getting much higher ratings.
Oh delicious Japanese bakery goodies. There is so much to choose from. All freshly made, and good value. The sesame balls are amazing, a good place for a afternoon snack. They also do fantastic looking cakes.
Maybe can have some more new options? It is always the same things there n sometimes don't know what else I can buy? Definitely need more varieties?
Bread too started off slow but it has really cemented itself. Food is always fresh and the price is good aswell so one can't really complain.
