Kadoya - BRISBANE CITY

Blown away by how delicious this food is. You pick what you want from pictures and you actually get what the pictures look like. My order took legit 3 minutes to come to my table. All on one tray. No fuss. Simple straightforward top quality food. And at an unbeatable price. The Katsu was crispy yet moist. The edamame still warm and seasoned perfectly. The gyoza is spot on and crispy on outside and fluffy inside. You cannot go wrong with this place. It’s not glamorous inside but that’s what I hope will keep this place a hidden gem from the masses!! They deliver on uber eats too!

Had been staying in Brisbane and needed some home style cooking. Kadoya hit the spot and it is great to have 5 choices of chilli level in the curry.

Been here a couple of time for takeaway lunch while at work. So far I have tried a couple of the ramen dishes. The flavours in the broth have been amazing, so intense in flavour! Service is always friendly and very quick even when they are busy. Looking forward to trying a few of the bento options and other dishes. If you like Japanese you need to come here.

This is a good value option for Japanese food in the CBD. The menu and the food is simple, the portions are generous and the prices are reasonable.

Curry was excellent and a huge portion compared to all the curries we could find at the Myer centre. Interior is functional rather than inviting so get your food for take away and head over to the botanical gardens.
