Grill'd Fairfield Gardens - Brisbane

The restaurant was pretty average, but the staff was extremely friendly. I typically go for a burger at Grill'd, but this time I decided to try something new from their menu. The portion size was a bit small, and I wish they had outdoor heaters available.

After browsing the menu, we chose the crispy bacon and cheese burger and the summer sunset burger, along with a shared chip platter on the side. The venue was spacious with indoor seating, plenty of outdoor seating, and doors that could be opened for fresh air in cooler weather. Our burgers arrived promptly, but there was a mix-up with our order. The manager quickly and effectively resolved the issue without charging us extra. The burgers were fresh and held together well, highlighting the use of quality ingredients. The chips were tasty and not too greasy, and we enjoyed trying the trio of dipping sauces. Overall, we had a positive experience at Grill'd and would definitely return. We give it 4.5 stars.

The staff was friendly, especially the manager who was very helpful. We visit this restaurant at least once a month because they serve delicious burgers of good quality and provide wonderful service. The dining area is very clean and nice.

A very nice Grill'd restaurant. I enjoyed the chips and burgers from here. They really are very filling and taste great. I love the fresh ingredients and the sauces especially.

Great service! There was a sign saying staff shortages so they didn’t open till 12. They did a good job at handling the influx of people waiting out the door as they opened later today.
