I ordered a large double cheeseburger meal with a sprite and three 10:1 patties. the food was super fresh especially the fries and meat patties. perfect amount of onions on the 10:1. service was super fast as well. great drive thru team. however, they forgot to put a cutlery set in my bag; luckily, i caught on and there was no need for me to eat with my bare hands.

Clean restaurant, food is consistently good but I don't get Macca's often. Big Mac was perfect this time and chips were good. Only reason not 5 stars is the service. Staff did seem very polite but they are young and learning. Not that anyone was rude at all. Lack of staff, lack of cleanliness and just poor attitude from staff. Had to ask for a table to be cleaned. It's just after midday and seems it hasn't been cleaned since this morning. Only a handful of people inside but all tables have left overs or just plain rubbish in general.Used to be good when it first opened up. Now it's falling like other nearby (Springwood) standards. Hopefully someone from the store sees this and does something about it.
