McDonald's Carina Heights - Brisbane

My order was mixed up which resulted in a wait time of over 20 minutes. They were out of eggs, so I received a sausage muffin instead of a sausage and egg McMuffin.

The manager was excellent. The team worked well together. Customers were happy and the staff was busy preparing food instead of just chatting. It was the night shift at a busy McDonald's, but it was a good location. The area was not overly crowded.

The food at this restaurant is excellent. However, the service can be inconsistent at times. During our last visit, half of the screens were not working and our order was not called out for 10 minutes even though it was ready. The Drive Thru is a more efficient option. The playground is good, but it is not always very clean.

So this is the second time this store has messed up order and when I try to call them they don’t answer phone. Requested McFeast burger with no pickles. Mustard or chicken sauce. Which is clearly on grill request on box. Yet I open it up and there are pickles on the burger. So have wasted time and money as I can’t eat pickles. As you can see I have taken bite and now am sick from the pickles.

Happy to serve you old dried food, they would have known was old. Forget your sauces, and don’t answer their phone.
