NRG Express - Brisbane

I stopped by to grab an Iced Tea before catching my train. A woman with brown hair, wearing a reddish/whitish blouse and tacky white earrings, and with a receding hairline, came to take my order. She asked if that was all, but I couldn't hear her well because my music was playing on my earphones. She then snapped at me aggressively and repeated her question. I'm not sure why she felt the need to speak to me like that, but it seems to be a pattern with the staff at this train station cafe. I've experienced being made fun of by the younger staff and yelled at by the older staff on multiple occasions. The Iced Tea I ordered was not to my liking, although that's not the fault of the cafe. Overall, a bitter experience.

Absolutely love getting my smoothies here after a workout. The only problem is the use of non-reusable plastic cups and straws. Wishing they used cardboard cups and an option to buy bamboo straws.

Love a good fresh juice! And this one hit the spot. Thank you Amie for your help and making the juice I wanted. Great service. Would recommend giving this place a go.

I have been having coffee and sometimes breakfast here about 1 or 2 days a week for the last 2 years or so. I find the staff and service really friendly. Amie always remembers my coffee order which I really appreciate), the coffee is great and the food tasty. The prices match the location and the service is always first rate.
