Terrible service. I received the wrong meal with ingredients that I was allergic to. Had specified my allergy clearly when ordering.

Food was outstanding drinks took a little while to arrive. Service for refills was also a bit slow but overall very good.

After visiting the steak house over a few years, we have become less happy, the food is inconsistent we get good meals, steak and pasta one time and poor the next, staff are friendly but the food for the cost is not there. I dont recommend eating here and I will not be going there again.

The highlight of the meal was hot chips and complimentary bread. Paid $72 for a coke, shared grissley steak and chips. Our second side which was included in the shared meal never arrived and when we mentioned it when paying for the bill, we were told “sorry that never arrived but it was built into the price of the steak”. Have been meaning to try this place for years and now I know I’ve not been missing out on anything. Don’t need to visit again, next time I’ll stop at Hungry Jacks instead and enjoy my meal.

The food ordered was not hot and it took a while for our dishes to be cleared. Our drinks were forgotten and we had to remind them for these. Waitresses were friendly and nice, however service was a bit slow. Bathrooms not particularly clean.
