They give me skin and chips instead of chicken and chips then had the audacity to take the food away, then come back and tell me they can’t replace it. I will never be coming back ever EVERR AGAIN

I pre-ordered a total of 34 roast chicken packs for a group I organise a monthly social gathering for. Friday at 6pm, the staff were lovely and friendly, the box of packs were hot and ready for pick up. The food was freshly cooked and delicious. Had no complaints from my group. Will do it again. L

I’ve visited this store twice recently and they have run out of chicken around dinner time. One would think that they would actually have chicken at red rooster but apparently not. Very poor customer service
