My go-to dish is the Vietnamese beef noodle soup (I'm not a fan of chicken). The price recently went up to $9.80, but I still find it reasonable. I've also noticed that they've added more vegetarian options to the menu.
I have had lunch at this restaurant a few times and have enjoyed both dishes that I ordered. I tried the pepper chicken (shown in the picture) and chicken satay. Both dishes were served quickly and hot. The portion size was generous for a lunch meal, with a mix of rice and vegetables. The cost was also affordable at just $8.80 for one serving. I have not yet tried other items on the menu, but I am interested in trying some of the soup and noodle dishes. Unfortunately, the banh mi in the window appears to be dry and since they are pre-made, the bread would likely be soggy from the sauce, so I would not choose that option.
A mixed review this one. I was hungry rather early prior to a business meeting and the sushi wasn't out yet so I found these rolls. The beef was flavorsome and a nice texture. The park however was a big disappointment, dry and chewy, obviously left overs not correctly cared for.
Sing's serves the most delicious Pad Thai Chicken in town. I frequently have it for lunch and it never disappoints. Their great customer service, affordable prices, and mouth-watering food make them a top choice. Simply the best!
Had chicken char kway teow; good value, generous serving of chicken, but missing a bit of the charred flavour from both the chicken and noodles. Good value for lunch in the CBD. Also great that it's across the road from Anzac Square, so can eat sitting on the grass or benches.
