The restaurant's appearance is a bit worn down and could use a deep cleaning. It was quite crowded, but the service was efficient. I would definitely return.
This is by far my favorite sushi train in Brisbane. The fish is consistently fresh and generously sized, but what really makes this place stand out is the rice in the sushi rolls. The texture is spot on, never overwhelming the flavors of the ingredients inside. The atmosphere is ideal for a sushi train experience - no frills, just grab a seat, grab your sushi, and enjoy. I also tried the tempura udon, which was very good and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious, no-frills train sushi.
Having sampled a wide variety of sushi establishments in Brisbane over the past decade, this has become my preferred spot for sushi in recent years. The rolls are consistently delicious, well-proportioned, and affordably priced, a rare find in Brisbane. Additionally, the same friendly server is always there to greet me. She even knows my order by heart, making the dining experience even more pleasant.
Good cheap sushi. I went here for a quick dinner around 8pm on a Friday night and wasn't hoping for much from the varied reviews. It's really not a bad place, though the furniture is a little old. It was clean and there wasn't much on the train, which meant everything I wanted I ordered fresh. Being a uni student the price is also spot on.
Service was adequate, reasonably priced sushi.<br/ <br/ Sushi on the actual sushi train may not have been as fresh as as compared to some other places around town.
