The Coffee Club - Brisbane

One day after shopping, my husband and I stopped by this busy Coffee Club to pick up a couple of coffees to go. Despite the longer than expected wait time, the coffee they served us was just what we needed. However, I was a bit disappointed by the rushed service and lack of customer appreciation from the staff member who took our order.

I am a Sydney resident visiting my nephews and decided to take them out for lunch. We were seated at a table that had not been cleaned yet, but there were plenty of other available tables and we chose to sit there with the children. When we asked for table water, we were told they did not provide it, even though other tables seemed to have it. We ordered food for 5 people - 3 children and 2 adults - but were not offered any sauces or alternatives with our meals. I felt awkward asking the cashier about their system as we had no idea how to place our order. Overall, it was a somewhat uncomfortable experience.

Thursday at 2:10 I wanted to eat with my sister and my three children. When we came to the coffee club, we asked her if we could have a place. the dame offered us a dirty table, although there were over 10 clean tables. we asked ourselves to sit somewhere where she stared at us, then allowed it. we were not sure that the ordering system, as we had put the neckline on the server to take over the order and they ignored us. then we decided to go to the counter. the dame on the theke stared at my sister when she tried to give our job. she never answered or showed an ad of communication with us. I had coffee and a slice of tiramisu at this restaurant. The coffee was disappointing as it tasted more like frozen milk with cocoa powder, but it had a nice texture. The tiramisu was decent, but not very fresh. The service was good.

I have a few coffees for my man and I stopped one day after shopping. this coffee club is always busy, so the waiting period was a little longer than I expected. the coworker who served me was in a hurry to get my order through, although there is no other waiting and not very much appreciated me as a customer at all. the coffee but hit the place.
