Went there lastnight as i was refunded money from a previous time i had been for waiting so long..The staff looked like they didnt know what they were doing which is the same vibe i got last time i went there..The lady tells me its going to be 45 minutes but there arent many people in the store which i thought was a little odd.After 40 minutes i walk back into the store to be told they had run out of wings and i wont be getting my order..Had a pretty decent argument with the big older guy before i stormed out..Other people who had ordered were getting the same generic response as i got..We are really sorry but we have run out of wings we can give you a refund..How the hell does a wing place run out of wings..Oh i heard the owner is selling the business to the kids who work there so this place is only going to go down hill even further..If thats even possible

A regular customer of wingblaster, food usually tasty and wait normally reasonable - placed order by telephone at 4:45pm and told 25 mins. Arrived in time and am still sat in the restaurant waiting for my order at 5:30pm. When I queried surly front desk girl was told there is still one order in front of mine! Not happy at all, if I had of been advised there was a longer wait time there'd be no issue. Not happy wing blaster - my ice cream is now melted!

Heard it was good but like other reviewer have said the place is dirty and looks grungy. Ordered a chicken burger and 12 wings we waited 40 min. The burger came out and it was the driest burger I've ever eaten the chicken was so over cooked I couldn't even bite it off and it was a sad burger with a piece or 2 of onion and salad topped off with a drop of ketchup. The wings were below average and my boyfriend actually left most of them there which is rare and we went to the outback steak house up the road for dinner. Also the staff there are clearly untrained in customer service . They were rude and shouted back and forth to each other from the kitchen to the front counter could be a cool place but there are many restaurants and pop places that do go food fast around brisbane most noticeably the getta burger up the road

I visited this store tonight at the at the recommendation of someone and I was so looking forward to the mouth-watering chicken wings I had heard about. I have been in hospitality in some form or another for 30 odd years. I walked into this business and should have walked right on out. Firstly I noticed how dirty the windows were and then how untidy the store was, however understanding what it can be like to work in such a confined space I let this go. The next thing I noticed is the lack of menu boards. I did eventually find some photocopies of the menu. I then proceeded to order the sampler pack for $25, 16 wings in 3 flavors and I also ordered a chicken burger and fries. This order totalled $44.00 but I thought I would be happy with what I was getting so I let this cost go. I received my order and the first thing I noticed that the chips were over cooked and in an oily bag. I let it go as I was really only looking forward to the wings I have heard so much about. I got them home and into the kitchen, I went with anticipation I opened the containers only to me met with disappointment. Firstly the size of these monster wings was just small. The next thing I noticed was the wings had been over cooked, though I had chosen 3 flavors I could tell the wings were over cooked. Maybe this is just how the wings were meant to be? No, I don't think so. I have been cooking chicken for most of the last 30 years. I tasted the wings and yes my disappointment was founded the meat was almost deep fried to hardness, it had been so over cooked that it was the meat had dried out. the wings were not in any way succulent. Waiting 40 minutes for wings that are this dry and over cooked is a joke. I don't normally ever write a review however after such a disappointment I felt I should.  The path outside the store had tables, however, this also stopped easy access into the store. My recommendation is to use the parking bay directly in front of the store with some barriers, clean your store windows, increase the size of wings and don't over cook them. You guys may think that this is just another winging review but I really hope you take it as constructive information on how to improve. Maybe I will return one day and try my luck again but after tonight it will be while.
