Baristas Coffee Collective - Bristol

This is one of the coffee shops that I have for awhile and finally we are here~ we took our latte and flat white and it was super brilliant. it is a nutty mix with a very good aftertaste and balance! definitely will come more often!

We stayed in a nearby hotel and needed a decent coffee on Saturday morning. a few minutes away we found baristas. it had small tables outside, was set back by the main road and had a good call. two flat whites later we had to agree. very good coffee, at perfect temperature (no volcanic hot milk here,) and a warm welcome. only if we had been ready to breakfast, we'll try the next time in the city. they very much welcome their decision not to open on Sunday, but do not pretend not to be disappointed!

The best coffee I've had for a long time. beautiful structured milk. great lever espresso machine. nice, friendly, chatty owners. also baked goods beautiful. rustic equipment. good mood. must be in bristol next visit.

LOL I could not wait to eat my deluxe rice crispy cake, so here is my half eaten one... Simple put the is an epic coffee shop, the likes of which Shoreditch wants to have, but sadly cannot afford to have any more. Its cheap as chips and first class quality, paid nearly 50% more for a coffee and cake in Bath just this morning and it tasted half as good at that. Super friendly to cyclists with nice outdoor benches to sit at.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this charming little spot. The coffee was outstanding, and the team was incredibly friendly and polite. I will definitely be returning! I highly recommend trying the Caramel Latte. The brownies, waffles, and other delights on display looked absolutely fantastic. A big shout out to Emily—she makes an excellent cup of coffee!
