Chick-fil-a - Bristol

I want to start by saying that my friend and I take pride in visiting Chick-fil-A locations across the country and rating our experiences. Recently, my friend stopped by to grab a much-needed deluxe spicy chicken sandwich during a long road trip. He was looking forward to the usual exceptional fast food experience but instead was met with an overcooked sandwich and unmelted cheese. It was disappointing. We understand that you were particularly busy, and I’m willing to give this experience some leeway considering the influx of Chick-fil-A fans. Overall, I’d rate this experience as 2 stars; however, I’m giving you 3 stars based on your established reputation. We rely on you to do better, Chick-fil-A!

At this location, you really don’t get what you pay for anymore. The sandwich patties are extremely thin and small, hardly even filling the bun. The fries were only half-filled in the container, and my son's five nuggets were mostly crumbs rather than actual nuggets. The location in Virginia seems to serve regular portions, but this one in Tennessee has become inconsistent with their portion sizes, which is very disappointing considering the prices.

Ordered quickly and the wait was much shorter than I expected. It's always busier than I would like, but the food is so good!

This is honestly the slowest and most inconsistent Chick-fil-A I have ever visited. I work at Pinnacle, and no one at my store chooses to eat here because of the long wait times for food. The staff is always very friendly, but there definitely needs to be some improvement in the drive-thru service.

For the past three times we have drove from kingsport to bristol so my kids can get Chick-fl-a. Every time the nuggets have dark meat and ever grisly . I bought a chicken sandwich yesterday and the whole time eating it you would have thought it was a grilled chicken sandwich. Which I would give it a 1. I have been so disappointed by this location
