Classic Pizza - Bristol

I command and go to eat there perhaps once a month. I have to say the good food keeps me back, but the service makes me hesitate to do that. Whether delivery or house something bad always happens. I only had simple things wrong, like not the right sauce or salad was added when I didn't want it, but once I found hair in a calzone. The order always creates to be done wrong and when you confront the staff, they give an attitude and you can just say that they complain about you, the second they go to the back. They are badly managed. Tonight I ordered the delivery and not one thing I ordered was correct. My family and I decided to just shake it off and deal with it, but as we have discovered more and more wrong with the order, we have decided enough that we made a call because we didn't just have sandwiches wrong but missing items. When we called, we got a stance from numerous employees who seemed not to deal with an angry customer and the phone over to take care of it. If it wasn't for the good food, if it was done right, I would say never go there. But if you try to do it at your own risk.

Best pizza in town, next to Roger Williams University.....open late until 2am on weekends which is great!!! Also has the fasted delivery guys and delivers later than any other pizza places in town.

I always order Classic and was always good every place in the last 35 years and do well, that says something about it

I will never order from Classic Pizza again! I ordered a buffalo chicken sluice from there and it was terrible. The chicken was that fake, soft, high-school cafeteria style chicken cut into small pieces, and the buffalo sauces was just a watered, messy hot sauce. There were some delicate onions, salads and tomatoes, and it was so sloppy, so tender and creepy that I had to eat it with a fork. I couldn't even pick it up. Also the tenderness made the paper stick to him pretty sure, I got some bites of paper while I tried to eat it. Another thing, where should the blue cheese dress be in it?? Classic pizza- a buffalo chicken sandwich of any kind should be made with chicken teeth that are soaked in REAL buffalo sauce with blue cheese dressing, and that's it! I heard that the pizza was pretty good here, but for me first impressions are everything, so I won't order from Classic again!

What a DISAPPOINTMENT! I thought this place would be one of the better spots on this end of the city, but I was very disappointed. First, the garlic bread was ordered with cheese. They actually brought a mini sub-roll with butter spread and lop sidded cheddar from all cheeses, hanging from bread. I saved the receipt so I could remember what a break of 4 or 4 dollars. I couldn't believe it... that wasn't until my Prime Rib Nachos came out. Then I thought this restaurant had a private vendetta against me. Again, disappointment. A huge plate with more black olives and chips then each meat on the plate. If they wanted me to never walk back to their restaurant... good MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. The service wasn't bad, but as far as I'm concerned, it was a complete break. REGIEREN and completely unsatisfactory. But my friend says he was happy with his meal. Can't speak for him, but I can speak for me.... I'm done!!!!
