Pizza House - Bristol

I was a more common customer, although my order is always too late. eating is really good and close. the manager of the restaurant was so rude for me that I canceled the order. he was arguing and pretending it was good. I will not go back there. expect them to wait 10-15 minutes after they are told the time it will be ready. I don't see this business lasting much longer.

This is a fantastic little family-run pizza shop. The crispy chicken salad was a delightful surprise, and they even added bacon as per my friend's specific request. They are also following social distancing measures. I definitely want to dine here again. Though they have recently been sitting at a reduced capacity, the same friendly staff are still bringing out the amazing food.

This restaurant is owned by a lovely couple who are very accommodating and patient, especially with my active 22-month-old son. The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is beautifully decorated. The place is clean and cozy, making it a great dining experience.

The hours listed on Google are incorrect; they state that the restaurant opens at 11 AM, but they don’t actually open until 3 PM on Mondays. Additionally, the phone service is quite unprofessional, as calls are answered and then quickly hung up.

Seriously I am usually a supporter of small businesses but do NOT support this one!! The manager is so rude and absolutely awful for customer service. After I ordered my pizza and waited 45 min for it to be delivered I got the wrong pizza and called them back to tell them and the manager literally yelled at me and told me I was wrong. I know what I ordered I asked for a new pizza and he refused. Absolutely awful customer service I’m completely in shock and awe that this business is still functioning.
