Subway - Bristol

The food was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the restaurant appeared to be very clean.

The Chilhowie Subway is definitely the best location in the tri-county area. The service is consistently quick, and the portions are generous.

Let me start by saying that when we walked in around 7:30, one of the gentlemen kindly informed us that they only had wheat and flatbread available. The restaurant was clean and well-stocked. I'm not sure what caused the issue with the bread, but I still give them a full 5 stars because these two gentlemen were incredibly friendly and the subs were delicious. I assume they might have been short-staffed during the day or perhaps someone forgot to thaw and cook the bread. It’s important to remember that the people behind the counter are human and deserve the same respect we would offer anyone else. I couldn’t have asked for kinder staff or better service; they really seemed to be giving their all.

Subway is one place that I can eat at and get food the way that I like it. This store is exceptional! It is clean, the staff is friendly and efficient.

Employees were great and fast at this subway, I'll definitely be back to this location!
