Unnecessarily aggressive member of staff. There was a mix up on an online order which was fair enough, however when went down in person to see what had happened, this person was completely unprofessional, shouting getting irate and not listening to anything I said . If it was dealt with in a calm way, then might’ve used Ciao again. However because of this we will definitely not.

Once again Ciao has been amazing! It is so nice using a family run business where the food is exceptional as is the atmosphere. The owners and staff work really hard and it pays off, we want to go here again and again!

There aren’t that many family run restaurants left, and you certainly feel the difference. In term or service, a massive difference (in a good way) and one that you feel you can call it your local and to come back again and again.

Very nice atmosphere and service. The waitress was such a lovely bubbly girl and the chef was amazing the food was spot on. I will be visiting again soon xx
