Feedback gevenI visit this Starbucks nearly every day since it's the most convenient option on my route to work. However, I've noticed that the baristas are often unfriendly, and they frequently run out of sandwiches. This isn't a result of Covid-19; it's clear that whoever is responsible for inventory management is doing a poor job.
I have yet to receive a correctly made beverage at this restaurant, including their iced green tea, which was over-brewed. They are frequently out of stock on various items, and I am convinced they don't know how to properly prepare the drinks; it's consistently and frustratingly wrong. I've given this place multiple chances, but the reality is that I'm just wasting my money. It’s worth the drive to go to another location. I also find the customer service to be lackluster at best. There are better options nearby, like Target and Safeway, so take the advice from the reviews you are reading!
This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. For months, they couldn't serve Venti cold drinks because they were constantly out of cups. Now, it's iced drinks that are unavailable because their ice maker is broken—even in a grocery store that sells ice! There's always some issue here!
Steamer broken. Espresso machine broken. Baked goods not stoked. Target Starbucks is much faster and stocked with everything. Wish this Starbucks was staffed and stocked better
I got there an hour after opening and I was told by some of the Harris teeter employees that they just didn't show up.
