Feedback gevenI arrived at the restaurant to pick up an order for a food delivery service customer at 6pm on Sunday, April 28th. The order was supposed to be ready by 6:01pm, but when I entered the lobby, there were no workers in sight and the kitchen was silent. I stood at the counter in confusion and called out for someone. Finally, a male worker emerged from the back room and I could see the drive-through attendant looking around the corner. They hadn't received the order on their ticket TV screen, but they did have the physical printed ticket. Unfortunately, no one had started the order yet. The worker informed me that it would take a while, and I overheard another worker giggling that he had missed it. After a short wait, the order was finally ready. One of the items was a cream iced coffee, which had only a few pieces of ice floating in it and chocolate sauce on the rim. The quality of the drink was very questionable, and I felt bad delivering it to the customer. Overall, the poor customer service experience left me disappointed.
The grill was not working and there should have been a larger sign indicating this in the drive-thru.
