Super nice live music on Friday nights. Recommended definitely.
The place that you want to attend if you want to be classy, and have a drink before attending the theater play. The café is basically a waiting room for theater in the building. It was a little unpleasant to sit at the main corridor leading to the theater's entrance (as me and my friend didn't know that in advance). People were standing next to our table, pushing and it was very noisy. After they all left for the play, it was super quiet and empty. The place offers table waiting until 5 PM. After 5 PM, you need to go at the bar to make an order and pay for it right away. The offer is not that wow, but what I liked were papers with conversation questions placed at the table. It was a funny way how to avoid silence with someone you visit the café with. Me and my friend didn't need to use that, but it might be useful for some people.
It has a popular black box, open all and all. Whether you’re looking for an excellent coffee, a place for a meeting, work or rest, a cultural experience or other refreshments, Black Box will always enrich you on the soul.
Their flat white cup is way too big and the milk was not properly frothed so it tasted just like milk, even though the barista said she put two shots of espresso in it. I asked for another shot and she told me it the first time for her to hear a bad review, well you need to visit other cafes in Brno then. I ended up paying more than 100CZK because of the extra shot!!!! Such a pity because the vibes and interior are so gorgeous. Please reply to my review and tell me you will change the way you make your coffee, and I will happily delete this review :
