The existing cafes in the area offer coffee lovers unique, distinct environments. This is also true in the newly opened, stylishly clean Café Bonifáco, located near the Tugendhat villa, tempting passersby for a pleasant moment of calm. You can enjoy exclusive branded coffee from Montecelio, as well as single-origin 100% Arabica from Fifty Beans. If espresso is not enough for you, you can try the masterful cappuccino prepared by barista Robin, nicknamed the Cappuccinator. This charming man with a full beard, mustache, and captivating gaze, crowned with the title of Italian coffee trainer, not only knows how to work magic with coffee but also has a very unique way of talking about it. If you find yourself unable to resist the temptations in the pastry display, you can let your taste buds indulge in the delights of Děvčete u plotny. If you are not a fan of sweets, you can share the owner's passion for Italian gastronomy - Italian wine with Italian Parmigiano, prosciutto, olives, roasted almonds, baguette, caprese, etc. Even though it is not in the center of Brno, it is worth visiting or stopping by Café Bonifáco. Amidst all the above described "debauchery," you can also ponder who inspired the always smiling owner to name the café.
Not only do they make excellent coffee and have delicious treats, but the lady owner is the sweetest café owner not only in Brno, but also on the planet. It is a joy to sit here.
A very pleasant and cozy atmosphere, a selection of gourmet coffee, a variety of very tempting desserts (including an amazing gluten-free raspberry cheesecake), friendly and welcoming service from both the staff and the owner, and a delightful Bonifác.
Moc se nám tam líbilo, paní majitelka byla velmi milá a sympatická. Škoda, že to máme tak daleko.
