Bowery Meats is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The menu is a meat lover's paradise, featuring dry-aged steaks that are second to none and Wagyu steaks graded from A0-5 that melt in your mouth. Each bite is a testament to the chef's expertise and passion for quality. The duck lasagna was ridiculous, by the way—an unexpected delight that blew me away. The wine selection is robust, offering a perfect pairing for every dish. The service is impeccable, with staff who are attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the food they serve. Bowery Meats has truly set the standard for exceptional dining. Five stars, without a doubt!

I recently dined at the Bowery Meat Company, and it was fantastic! The bacon appetizer was outstanding, and the filet mignon, baked potato, and creamed spinach were all cooked to perfection. We also enjoyed a few lamb chops, which were excellent. The bar was extremely charming, adding to the overall great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

For a place which charges what it does and don't get me wrong I believe the cost of meat should be high I found the atmosphere kind of killed excitement. Modern pop tunes blaring over the meal, we had two drinks orders go wrong due to staff miscommunication and generally just felt like any other restaurant. Great food but high end experience this was not.
