Caraotas - Broad Channel

Yesterday I ordered a Venezuelan burger at this place through Uber Eats, I was waiting for a long time and in the end they sent me another order by mistake, I called the place and they didn't give me any solution, they just told me to order something else and I will pay for another delivery and they They sent me my burger. I thought the customer service was super bad, since they must solve when these types of errors occur on their part and assume their responsibility.

I've ordered from here almost a dozen times by now and it has always been great. Huge plates for fair prices and so delicious.

My rice bowl and passion fruit juice was fire. Super fresh and authentic. I ordered a build your own bowl with pernil pulled pork, black beans, corn, grated cotija cheese, chipotle sauce, cilantro, sweet plantains, and sour cream sauce.

I dont eat meat but let me tell you their vegan option is delicious. Its a small little place and I wish they had space to dine in and spread out. Its very typical street food but Venezuelan style. It little pricer than expected but they give you a lot of food!
