It’s Grand Central Station … so don’t expect much. That said, they’re quick to surprise you … exceptional staff coupled with a narrow but absolutely wonderful menu — highly recommending their pasta!!! Desserts are better than you will expect, to! This is a 2-Star review but ordinarily, I’d lean towards 4-Stars due to what they’re able to pull off within a major transportation hub. But this review is about tonight … they SUCKED. LOL this place was so horrible I just know I'm gonna have a ball typing up this review. Initially was pretty excited to have dinner here because it overlooks the main concourse at Grand Central Station. Got a table for two pretty quickly. Ordered tuna tartare as a starter, and ravioli and bolognese for the two main dishes. Tuna tartare came out within 10 minutes of ordering (I have the time stamps from taking pics when we first sat down and each time we got food)… then my and my dinner part … – show

Had dinner with wife daughter there on Sat night. 8p reservation. Gorgeous surroundings obviously. Food was good. But. Took over 50 min to get our food. No explanation. No offering of a drink while we wait. Just “it’s coming” Then had to skip desert because got too late due to slow service and just wanted the check. Then their system went down. Another 25 min to pay them their bill. They came out to my table with some antiquated cellular billing device and plopped it down in our table. They st … – show

Wonderful atmosphere — the service is great but the food is a disappointment. For sure go for a drink … and maybe eat somewhere else.
