Dumpling Gogo (amsterdam Ave)

The kung pao chicken was the worst I've ever tried, and the fried rice was overly salty. I won't be ordering from here again. The only positive was the delivery, so I’m giving it 2 stars.

If you're not feeling well, their Pork Soup Dumplings (6 pcs) and Small Wonton Soup will definitely lift your spirits. When I was a kid, my dad would always order wonton soup for me whenever I was sick—it was my version of chicken noodle soup. Even as an adult, it's still my comfort food. I also added the soup dumplings to my order. However, the Roast Pork Buns (3 pcs) were a bit on the dry side; they had only a small amount of pork filling, making them more bun than meat. But the other dishes made up for it.

The dumplings were packed nicely and remained ready to eat straight from the bag, despite being delivered over a considerable distance. The Mapo Tofu was perfect for those who enjoy spicy dishes. It was soft and silky, with a nice kick of heat, and the sauce was made rich by the addition of ground meat. Absolutely delicious!

Shrimp fried rice is so good I love it.
