Dunkin' - Broad Channel

It seems as Dunkin Donuts location are getting worse and worse. If you go to a location in the city the quality gets better, but the service is something to be desired. I hate my experience ordering a simple coffee. Repeat myself over 5 times and cant get even get the size of the coffee right. Hire just about anybody.Always have one person in the register and the same person making the drinks and making pathetic mistakes. The store managers are not any better or available. A business should be run with integrity and some matter of professionalism. I am not okay with bad service. Am saying this and am sure most people are feeling it, but are just okay with people not having common sense and simple curtesy.

People working morning shifts on Mondays are super rude. Carry out order was left at the mobile pickup and they said suggested it was my fault and supposed to be there. Also my order was touched and TAKEN OUT of its packaging by another customer and returned back, they did nothing to replace it. Gross. Says a lot about the store’s sanitation.

Very nice Dunkin ! Love them I’m a regular and they always know my drink iced caramel latte they always make it with love always fast and efficient great staff

They got tables and work stations. Can charge your electronic devices. Little long lines in the morning.

Walked in at 620am and they do not serve breakfast only coffee and donuts. Disappointing!
