Five Guys - Broad Channel

I have been coming to this location since it opened. From 2017-2019, I was eating here around twice a week. When I went to college in 2019, I couldn 't come as frequently. It was my favorite Five Guys location by far. I remember Willens and Dave had my order memorized, and would have the patties on the grill as soon as they saw me walk through the door. Of course, exceptional employees such as them won 't stick around forever. When I came back from college, Willens and Dave were both gone. Long story short, last night I came in and had an amazing experience that took me back to my peak five guys days in 2018. Devon took my order and Morgan made it. I can not speak highly enough of the service I received. Morgan may have made the best five guys order I 've ever had, and that 's coming from someone who 's eaten well over 1000+ patties from Five Guys. Both Morgan and Devon couldn 't have been friendlier and more professional. Everyone is quick to complain when they get bad service, and I think it 's important to point out when employees go above and beyond for you. I will start coming back to this location as much as I can (maybe not as much as my prime considering I 'm now working in NYC), ESPECIALLY when I know Morgan and/or Devon are working. Thank you BOTH for the exceptional experience, I cannot wait to come back because of the effort care they both put into my order.

Super nice staff and the strawberry milkshake is so good

Great service workers are friendly and do their jobs. Food was as expected. Fresh burgers and fries are always great and you get a boat load of them when ordering the smallest size!

Staff is always super cool but beverage and condiment section is always out of whack
