Friendly staff, fast service not in peak hours), clean facilities inside. Cookies were still warm after purchase. However, on this particular day, they didn't have any ice cream because they were waiting for a new shipment. Overall, it was not a bad experience being a first-time customer.

Cookies were warm and very tasty. Out on a late night splurge, we ordered triple chocolate chip and salted caramel. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Hope this doesn't become an addiction.

First time in New York, tried this spot cause it was still open and oh boy the ice cream is sooooo good. Worth every cent spent ! Service was good and it was a chill environment. Very Welcoming

Their gluten free cookie is great. And the staff at this location are super friendly, just all around good vibes. Hoping for more gluten free options in the future!

Don't get me wrong. These are good cookies. But for less than the price of two cookies, you can get a shake from shake shack right next door. I can't justify spending $3 on a single cookie. I've had cookies worth $3. These are not worth it.Long story short, their cookies are overpriced.
