The wait was super long but the food was top notch. Broth is thick and rich. Noodles are the right texture. 100% would recommend

I stopped by last night and it was fantastic, maybe above expectations…I sat at the counter where I could see the chefs in action. Friendly and courteous wait staff. I had pork and chicken buns, completed by a majestic spicy shrimp tempura roll. I ate at 2 Ippudo locations in London but Ippudo NY is just from a different league. Definitely a win!
