If you ever order from this place double check your food before you leave or just don't order at all. I asked for Soy Garlic tenders and the tenders came plain and dry with no soy garlic sauce. Not to mention every single time I have ordered from there, they've messed up one aspect of my order. It's not like the place was very busy either, it's a lazy lack of attention to detail. If I could give zero stars I would.
The wings are wingettes idk why they call it wings. I got an underserved portion of 6 wingettes with fried rice for nearly $12. Thats a joke right there. Not to mention they are stingy with ingredients...barely no sweet chilli sauce on wings and the most bland rice you will ever taste. The heavyset guy at the front who I assume is the manager isn't that friendly as well.
If I am being blatantly honest, it wasn't the best. I ordered a poke bowl from here, wanting to try something new, big mistake. The fish was not even cold, it was warm and NOT fresh and the rice was severally undercooked. The worst part is that I ordered spicy tuna in my poke-bowl and I took one bite and didn't even swallow. It had a RANCID taste and didn't taste fresh at all. Save yourself the dissatisfaction and go to kissfish, they have way better and fresher choices.
On my mid-shift lunch break yesterday, JK Wings Fish was just what I didn 't know I needed. Not sure if this place is new but it 's new to me. For a grand total of $8.70 I was served a tasty meal of crispy chicken tenders, glazed in spicy mayo with shrimp fried rice. The tenders were large and not as salty as they are at many places. The only downer for me were the peas and carrots in the fried rice. IMO, peas and carrots in Asian food are as uncalled for as raisins in potato salad. JK has a dine-in option if you have your card and it 's a very warm and pleasant looking place. The cashier/server is really welcoming. Good stuff.
