We had the privilege to celebrate the (unexpected) last day of Kura. Rumor says they are planning to open a new place mid next year ️. Come back soon chef!

Come back Chef. This is our favorite spot. But it has been closed for a long time. Somebody know if they open a new store?

I can’t think of any reason to spend that much on regular sushi

Great quality omakase sushi at good price. Kohada, tsubugai, aji and akami tuna were all good. Shari was also good too. Enjoyed to talk to a friendly chef. I would definitely come back again. Good omotenashi. Overall great place if you are craving for edomae style omakase!

One of the top sushi restaurants I have ever been. For a big eater I recommend 2 omakasi, but you won't be disappointed if nigiri and fresh fish is what you are after. For sushi in NYC, very good value. I spent around $280 and was extremely satisfied.
