Food was tasty with big portions! Friendly staff and didn’t feel rushed out after finishing our meal. Cozy environment and a non-hectic lunch spot.
Went for dinner on a Saturday; it was pretty full. We were 6 adults and a kid, so I had reserved a table in advance. This place can seat <15 guests some outdoor seating available, so I suggest making a reservation. Our hostess was very kind and patient with all our questions. The food was delectable. Especially recommend duck egg curry with tea leaf salad (rice and eggs). Wonderful collection of Burmese desserts. Portion sizes are decent. Food sharing allowed but all adults need to order. They don’t serve alcohol but you can request them to have you to bring your own (we did and they allowed us). The food is freshly prepared so there’s a little bit of wait time depending on what you have ordered and they keep bringing it out as and when each item is ready the entire order does not come out in a single batch.
The most intense flavor experience of my life was a combination of Tea Leaf Salad (with fermented ginger) and Beef Tripe Skewer.
Very authentic Burmese food. The place is extremely tiny but the food just taste like home. Everything we had was amazing! The goat curry was the best! No smell or what so ever and taste amazing! The Fish noodles was really good too!
