I’m sick and got some soup and it’s giving me the ick. Soup is sooo gummy looking like they dumped their whole supply of cornstarch in there and seafood in there is a kinda old smell. It’s just not great. They are also rude on the phone sometimes.
Just here to share menu pictures. First time here, they seem friendly.
I ordered three lunch specials. I got broccoli with garlic sauce, sesame chicken, and chicken in Szechuan sauce. Everything was about $7-8 each and came with rice and a choice of hot and sour soup, wonton soup, or egg drop soup or egg roll or soda. It took about 10 minutes for them to prepare the food. Everything tasted delicious. They forgot to give me fortune cookies, but I will be returning to them for their lunch specials. It is a great deal. When I usually order the same items for dinner, I end up paying about $10-12 more, so I was satisfied with the lunch specials. Make sure that you clarify the order, since they gave me white rice instead of pork fried rice one time. I also like their vegetable lo mein.
They’re very rude; expensive and money hungry. They always expect a tip even if it’s down the block delivery. I work near ordered 2 baby shrimp and a tea that’s $20. Inflation I’ll fry my own shrimp from now on!
I went in person to order food and take it home and everything was very good. I think that many restaurant reviews focus on delivery problems or order issues rather than the quality of the food. I have tried the lunch specials at many area Chinese restaurants and I think this was the best in terms of taste and portion size.
