Feedback gevenRecently took a flight out of JFK on JetBlue and came across Loft accidently. Overall think these reviews are somewhat harsh. Had the Mediterranean wrap and thought it was reasonable in both taste and cost. Service was okay. You order on your phone by scanning your QR code. Took about 15 minutes to get my food. I believe the tab closes automatically after an hour. Atmosphere was nice. Was not super crowded despite being peak travel time two days before christmas . Overall, would say this place is adequate, especially if you want to get out of the hustle and bustle of JFK and the terminal. Won't be the best food you ever had but wasn't outright terrible like some of the reviews suggest.

Product was fine. Service was not good. I ordered online but then got yelled at by the employee because he didn’t have it even though it was on the online menu. Why have an online menu if it doesn’t work?
This place is sad, unfriendly and 19.00 for a draft beer. Go somewhere else.
Worst poached eggs I've ever been served. Plus they didn't bring out the pickled ramps that were advertised as part of this dish until after I was done eating. Horrible experience.
