The service: Walking in it's very confusing — you have to pay before you are seated so service is not the greatest once seated. People aren't the kindest at the front — not even a smile. I understand that there are a lot of people here but for the price i would have appreciated better service.

The ambiance is French cafe/small bistro cozy....french onion soup delicious; pastry and breads also very delicious! I would've appreciated unsalted butter for their delicious breads at our table, but as is typical in france they had only salted butter......but the single most disappointing thing was craving the Boeuf Borgignon and Coq au Vin for 2 days which they advertised in their menu on the website, but did not have in their restaurant which I had bragged to my husband he would love try … – show
Bread is addictive. Very little staff turnover says something good about this place. Not as charming as Le Pan, but service is 200% better. Scrambled eggs are weird.
