Amazingly gorgeous venue with 360-degree views of the city on the 60th floor in the financial district with professional, attentive staff. The food, however, was mediocre to bland and tasteless. People fight for reservations to this restaurant, but it cannot possibly be about the food. All the dishes were tiny, expensive and just not flavorful at all.
