The food is great. No complaints there. My issue is the manager, Robbie. You'll never meet a ruder/nastier person in restaurant management than this clown. I've spent ten thousand dollars plus at this place, order from there every week and I've never once had a positive encounter with him. He's always nasty, always speaks to customers with a temper, has no manners or etiquette and has/will continue to cost this restaurant a ton of business. He's yelled at me for standing to the side and waiting for my order dozens of times, told me to my face I'm a waste of time and told the employees there not to waste their time and to take other orders when every employee there knows my order by heart. I've spoken to many people in the community who had similar experiences and his employees have never had a nice thing to say about him to me. The guy needs to go. He's a joke.

Their hot dogs and buffalo fingers are absolutely fantastic—definitely a 10 out of 10! I can’t get enough of them! The service is quick, and they have a speedy turnaround on the food.

I absolutely love this place! I find myself ordering from here at least once a week. The food is fantastic for kids, and they even have an ICEE machine on-site! I would definitely recommend it for families.

The service was terrible; they served all the wrong dishes, and the food that arrived was burnt and unappetizing. I won't be returning.

I had the worst customer service experience while placing a phone order. The woman on the line was incredibly cold and unwelcoming, and her attitude was unacceptable, making me reluctant to pick up my order. The cauliflower we took home was so soggy that we couldn't even eat it. Overall, the poor customer service set the tone for a disappointing meal. I don’t think people with such attitudes should be in customer service roles. It was really frustrating.
