Great full bar. Friendly staff. Affordable prices for Manhattan.
The bartender was excellent. The atmosphere was cool with a great view of the Empire State Building.
Great view, laid back atmosphere and very friendly staff. Beers $10) could have been a bit colder and have more variety; cocktails $15) were just ok. If you want a drink with a view in a not too crowded spaced with friendly staff, Paul's is for you.
This should not be considered a rooftop bar. it literally can fit 8ppl max. The other floors are ok music not so good, drinks ok…
