Order some chicken @11:00 pm got home with it there was a roach crawling around on the food

Avoid that branch… they missed my order..when I called them nobody picked up.. later on I went there and told them .. they don’t even wanna listen .. don’t even know how to communicate

Everything is so expensive now here. when I come to buy wings, they will overpay me the wings that I order. I am buying like 7 wings by itself with no fries or drinks, and they would charge me 19$. Which is horrendous just for 7 wings. This place is such a scam now. I don't recommend people coming to this fast food place.

The service was very poor,I waited 23 minutes.for 2 pieces of chicken legs.

This is a very slow Popeyes and they're not even short-staffed! The workers aren't rude or disrespectful; they just work like they didn't get enough sleep. There's always a good 5-7 people waiting for their food every time I step foot regardless of the time. I mobile-ordered the new 6-piece wings and they didn't even start my order when I got there 10 minutes later. Upon opening the package, I was disappointed. You would assume the wings would be drenched with the sauce but they were lazy with the preparation. The good thing is that this place is usually clean and seating is available for the most part.
