Pronto Pizza Cafe - Broad Channel

Solid, fresh NY slices. They seem to not have a working phone, and aren't even receiving Grubhub orders that customers place, so it's kind of impossible to order ahead from here currently, but I really hope they fix all of that because this has the potential to be a great pizzeria option in Elmhurst.

This place is under new ownership, so it's important to note that. The owner here is such a sweetheart! He's an older Latino man who has the most contagious smile! I haven't visited this place before but I'm so glad I did! When I told him I was trying the pizza to see if I could come back, he promised me I'd return and boy was he right! It was the perfect, greasy, New York slice. 2 regular slices for $6 including water/soda is a steal nowadays, especially around this area. Next time I'll make sure I take a picture ! The place isn't glamorous, but the atmosphere is warm and friendly, which is what makes this place stand out to me. This is my new go-to pizzeria!

Great pizza and really great deal with 2 slices of cheese and a soda for $6. I didn't wait longer than a minute and the person working was very nice. The space to order is a bit cramped but line moves quickly and there's a few places to sit and eat.

Pizza was the best that I had in New York, great selections by the slice, real New York service, crust was perfect and toppings are great quality. Tried others but nothing compared.

So Many Pizzas! And so much more. Small seating area with a ton of Manhattan flavor. Close to 9/11 Memorial and Museum. High ceilings and clean washrooms.
