Rockaway Gourmet - Broad Channel

The food is good but please do not order online because the orders are always incorrect. This is the third time I have ordered online. I ordered cheese fries; there was no cheese on the fries. I ordered a hero sandwich with onions; there were no onions and they sent a roll. I ordered a chopped cheese sandwich with no vegetables; and they added vegetables. They left 1 whole item out of a 3 item order. Called them and they said there's nothing they can do because I'm to far away. Turns out they're only a 9 minute bike ride and a 12 minute car ride from me so where is the lie. I will never order from them again. As a business if you mess something up it's your job to fix it.

I always ordered from Rockaway gourmet and the delivery guy is extremely friendly. Last weekend was my first time going inside and I got a Philly cheese steak sandwich, which was very delicious and made just the way I like it. Next time, I might get the combo gyro platter with white and hot sauce, but not too much hot sauce.

The only place in carnarise to get a salads and sandwiches period

My go to spot. Salads, smoothies are delicious. Sandwiches are made exactly as requested. Such a large food variety to choose from.. The staff. there are friendly and professional. They make sure you get what you need, without question. The place is BRIGHT AND CLEAN as expected. I sent a few of my coworkers there in 2019. They all thanked me and continue to eat there til this day.
