Sall Lounge - Broad Channel

Cancelleled order at 9:45P when listed delivering until 11:59P.. didn't cancel right away but waited until almost delivery time, when too late to order anywhere else. Would never order from them again..

This place is nothing like the web site. The owner is not Sall it’s a black lady that was very nasty to us when we asked her for the owner. This is a little club not a restaurant don’t eat the food. Drinks are weak I don’t do hookah waste of time and money.

Made a reservation on Tuesday and I love everything from the food to ambience the lobster roll is excellent the service I received from Alysha is outstanding and the mango Margarita was great I will definitely recommend.

Made a reservation for 2:45 on open table, restaurant doesn’t open until 3. Everything you ask for on the menu.... they don’t have. Food is subpar. There’s only one waitress. Don’t bother. Website is full of lies. There’s a million other good places to go.

Second time to the restaurant and my experience was horrible. Came with a group of friends ordered the fried shrimp with fries. Fried were cold, decided to pack the rest of my meal, at the bottles of my shrimp plate there was a roach soaked in oil. Got my bill and my meal was still on there. No apology from management NOTHING!
